For me, no other palette out there makes creating a smoky eye as easy as this does. If you are on the fence about Urban Decay, or simply need a little more persuasion let me share a few thoughts on Urban Decay Naked Smoky Palette and of course swatches too.
What it is:
A palette with 12 smoky neutral eye shades, a double-ended brush, and a detailed lookbook with four chic looks.
It houses 12 powder eyeshadows with colours ideal for smokey looks. Compared to UD’s other Naked palettes, this one definitely has a darker theme. More of the eyeshadows are deeper and sootier.
As to be expected the formulation of all shades are great – the shadows are well pigmented on a whole and easy to apply and blend. There soft and long wearing, more so if teamed with a primer. Surprisingly the brush included within the palette is a hit, a duo ended soft, synthetic brush that has been especially designed to help with blending and of course smoking out the eyeshadows.
I consider it to be a do all, as it suits all arrays of eyeshadows and one I would see as a safe investment.
