THE BAFTAs 2016 officially arrived in London and everyone couldn’t be more excited by it.
But while most people are busy talking about the nominees for best actress and actor, we have stopped to take a moment to appreciate the fabulous frocks which have graced the red carpet.
Kate Winslet, Julianne Moore and Cate Blanchett proved they can shine like the best of them at the BAFTA Awards last night.
While Irish emigrant saga Brooklyn has been named best British picture, Cate Blanchett looked every inch the regal “goddess”,wearing a colourful sequin and feather trimmed Alexander McQueen gown.
Despite the near freezing weather, Julianne Moore was the only female starlet who covered up. The Still Alice star chose to cover her shoulders with a Giorgio Armani cape.
Not to mention Kate Winslet who was nominated for her role in Steve Jobs. Winslet went for old Hollywood glamour in this form-fitting black number.
