BabyBeau Charlie Changing Bag

Hello Gang,

It’s the must have, essential item that every parent needs. The necessity that comes in all sizes and shapes and in a variety of designs and colours. What am I talking about? Changing bags of course! Recently the lovely people at BabyBeau were kind enough to send me the Baby Beau Charlie Round Tote Changing Bag to review. And for those of you who are unfamiliar with BabyBeau, let me give you a little insight! BabyBeau was created when mumpreneur, Rebecca Gono discovered a gap in the market for changing bags that merely didn’t serve their purpose, but looked great and enabled a life beyond the baby years.

Now the BabyBeau Charlie Round Tote is both elegant in simplicity and structure and is the precise accompany in your wardrobe. Whilst being pregnant, I have spent a long long time looking for the perfect changing bag and I mean a long time, however I never quite found the one. My main focus when looking for a bag being that I wanted something that doesn’t look so much like a changing bag, more so one that can be used as a handbag or a changing bag so I don’t have to keep switching everything all the time. Like most I want something practical and one that can be used as an everyday bag as well as the aforementioned changing bag.

The Charlie changing bag is a spacious work to weekend changing bag that doubles up as a baby changing bag. With sufficient room to accommodate both baby and your daily essentials making him the most practical choice to co-ordinate with your wardrobe. Charlie comes with a removable and adjustable shoulder strap, round double carry handles, gold hardware, zipped external pocket to the back and protective feet at the bottom.

The tan leather is soft to touch and the gold hardware is the perfect pairing against the tan leather. This fashionable changing bag by BabyBeau is made in a stylish shade of tan that will look great with everything as well as being super versatile as a multifunctional bag. What I love about this bag is the baby organiser. I like to consider myself an organised person and this bag helps you keep everything very organised. There is a place for the wipes, nappies, bottles…there are so many compartments. The “changing bag” is the ultimate mothers accessory! The accessories are all made from the leatherette or water resistant fabric and are so handy to have. The bottle holder is a fabulously handy place to store medicines too (just in case).

Although this is at the higher end of the budget, the BabyBeau Charlie is really versatile, so you can use this as your hospital bag, regular bag or changing bag. As it comes with several extras, which in my opinion only justify the price of the bag. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the BabyBeau Charlie Changing Bag! Not to mention, I love the colour, and the fact that you can carry this bag through the years makes it a worthwhile investment. I’m so glad I came across BabyBeau, as this changing bag ticks all the boxes for me. They have a variety of other styles of changing bags, which you can browse on the BabyBeau website.

  1. I once picked pup a hello kitty bag I lived from a thrift store. It was large enough to use for travel. Then one camping trip to the BC Gulf Islands and someone came up to me and told me they liked my diaper bag! Doh!I had no idea. Hahahaha 😀

  2. Gorgeous! I love having a bag (we call them diaper bags here in New Jersey, haha) that looks like a large purse rather than a carrier of drooled-on washcloths and diapers and everything else in the world! I got a big leather bag from Target (it’s classier than it sounds) which works great, except it’s SO big that I ram into things a lot! Make sure yours isn’t too big, haha.
