Seoulista Beauty

Good Morning Lovelies,

Happy Friday! Another week done and dusted and I for one am weekend ready…have you any nice plans for the days ahead?

As we are all well aware that when temperatures indoors and out start to change, our skin can turn rather rebellious. Treating sudden changes in moisture and hydration levels are key to keeping skin calm and content as the radiators threaten to jolt back into life. So, when I came across Seoulista Beauty Sheet Masks range, it was a no brainer…I just had to try them! The marketing addendum tells us that Seoulista Beauty Instant Facial Sheet masks are all about no fuss, no drama, just fast-acting, results-driven skincare – which is exactly what we all want when it comes to skincare.

New to Irish/ Northern Irish shores as of September, Seoulista Beauty is a new brand who have merged Korean skincare and innovative product design to develop a range of four masks that you’ll be able to add to your basket while picking up your essentials from the local pharmacy. Seoulista Beauty sources skincare from Seoul, widely regarded as the epicentre of beauty. As the name suggests, this brand is Korean-inspired, but it is the brainchild of Irish woman Una McGurk. Sheet masks are such a big thing right now, and Seoulista has four good-value, big-results options. There’s a mask to detox, to calm, or to hydrate – or, in this case, to brighten, with vitamin C and gently exfoliating fruit acids.

Seoulista Beauty Mask Types:

Super Hydration Instant Facial – infused with hyaluronic acid and coconut. Works to quench dehydrated skin while deeply nourishing and preventing the signs of ageing.

Charcoal Detox Instant Facial – a bamboo mask infused with charcoal and volcanic ask which works to eliminate toxins and impurities while deeply cleansing the skin.

Correct & Calm Instant Facial – infused with witch hazel, coconut and eucalyptus which work to reduce redness, skin irritation, blemishes and large pores.

Brightening Instant Facial – infused with Vitamin C, coconut and alpha hydroxy acids which work to exfoliate the skin and smooth texture, while providing a brightening effect.

Cleanse your face thoroughly. Remove mask from packaging, unfold, and peel off protective film. Press the mask to your face and peel off the outer layer, then smooth to fit facial contours. Allow the serum to infuse for 20 minutes before removing. Do not wash off. Smooth the remaining serum into the skin.

  • Prep your skin by cleansing thoroughly with a konjac sponge before application.
  • Time precious? Use the night before and wake up to party-perfect skin.
  • For best results, use weekly.

So far my favourite is the Super Skin Hydration and Correct & Calm masks. I have tried many different sheet masks over the past year and would definitely put the Seoulista masks on par with sheet masks available at the higher end of the market. I would definitely recommend trying it before you apply your makeup for a perfect, hydrated base.

So if you fancy trying a Seoulista Instant Facial for yourself, they’ll be available from Dunnes Stores, Cara Pharmacy and Department Stores as of September 2017 or you can grab them directly via the Seoulista website.
