Belfast Fashion Week 2018

Good Morning Everyone,

I hope you are all doing well this Sunday morning!

Media, Fashionistas, photographers, bloggers, models, stylists and everything in between turned out for the first show of Belfast Fashion Week at St. Annes Cathedral In Belfast on Friday night.  The event showcased the newest Autumn and Winter trends as designed by Irish, as well as international, designers, with more dramatic designs unveiled as the night went on! I was one of the fortunate designers to have the honour of showcasing my SMC Millinery Designs on the runway and I can safely say it has been one of the highlights of my career to date! It was a very proud moment when the stunning CMPR models were on hand to model my Autumn Winter Collection for all to see.

I wanted to share with you the details of the outfit that I wore last night as so many of you DM’d me. This baby blue number is actually from River Island is a skirt and top not an actual dress like so many of you thought. As per usual, I was in a rush during the week trying to get everything ready for Friday and popped into River Island and seen these two pieces on the sale rail and it seemed like to perfect outfit to kickstart Belfast Fashion Week. It was super comfortable and I paired it with a pair of silver heels just to add a little bit of life and a red lip as I was literally running on fumes and my eyes were showing the effects of all the hard work and late nights this week so the red lip gave me a little but of life in my face.

Just before I go I wanted to say a huge huge thank you to each and everyone of you who sent me your well wishes over the past couple of days! It truly means the world to me and I am so lucky to have such amazing followers.

As Always Love,

Glam Meets Girl x
